The notice
Who is responsible for your information
Maneform Ltd is the data controller for information you send through this site. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 17041757, with a registered office at Mansion House, Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 4RW. For any question about your data, or to make a request, write to hello@maneform.com. We are a small firm and have not appointed a data protection officer; enquiries come to Pascal Gillan directly.
What the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, your firm, your email address and your message. When you submit it, our forms provider also records technical details that come with the request, including your IP address and the time you sent it. Please keep candidate names and other confidential details out of the message — the note on the form asks the same.
Who processes it
The form is handled by Formspree, which receives your submission and passes it to us by email. Formspree acts as our processor: it handles the data on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. Your message is then delivered to a Maneform mailbox.
Where it is held, and for how long
Formspree stores submissions on servers in the United States. As that is outside the UK, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved for it. We keep enquiry correspondence for up to twelve months after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a client engagement, and then delete it.
What it is used for
We use what you send only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to any conversation that follows from it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processor named above.
The lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. If you would rather we did not hold your message, tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights, and how to have your data deleted
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to hello@maneform.comand we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies and it does not identify you: visitors are counted through a daily figure that resets every twenty-four hours, and the statistics we see are aggregate only. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
