Who is responsible for your information
To confirmThe data controller: registered company name, company number, registered address, and the contact address for privacy questions. Also whether a data protection officer or representative is named.
What the contact form collects
To confirmThe fields the form sends (currently name, firm, email and message), plus anything collected automatically with the submission, such as IP address or timestamp. Confirm what Formspree records alongside the message.
Who processes it
To confirmThat submissions are handled by Formspree as a processor, and where they are then delivered and stored (which mailbox, which provider). Confirm whether a data processing agreement is in place with Formspree.
Where it is held, and for how long
To confirmThe country or region the data is stored in, the safeguard relied on for any transfer outside the UK, and the retention period before submissions are deleted.
What it is used for
To confirmThe purposes the information is used for: replying to the enquiry, and anything beyond that. State explicitly if it is not used for marketing and not shared with anyone else.
The lawful basis
To confirmThe UK GDPR lawful basis relied on for handling enquiries, and the reasoning behind it. This should be confirmed with your data protection adviser rather than assumed.
Your rights, and how to have your data deleted
